Inspired by the concentric circles created when a stone meets still water, the Ripple collection explores the quiet beauty of movement unfolding across a surface. Expanding bands of glaze echo the path of travelling waves—energy made briefly visible before disappearing once more into calm.
Each vessel becomes a meditation on impermanence. The forms capture an instant that cannot be held in nature, preserving within fired clay the delicate geometry of an event that, on the shoreline itself, exists only for seconds.
Ripple is not a study of water, but of the fleeting traces it leaves behind.
